Capital Resource Partners (“CRP”) is a Boston-based investor in lower middle market companies. Since our founding in 1987 we have invested over $1.1 billion in more than 100 companies throughout the U.S.

We have a flexible investment mandate that allows us to invest as little as $1 million in an individual transaction with the capacity to invest as much as $25 million. Our main focus is on investing in control transactions, but we also have the ability to invest in minority deals.

CRP looks to invest in companies with proven business models and strong positions in attractive, and growing markets. We look for companies with established business models that have demonstrated success over a period of several years.
