Capital Resource Partners (“CRP”) is pleased to announce that it partnered with River Birch Partners to lead a recapitalization of All Safe Global, Inc., a Minneapolis, MN based servicer and master distributor of equipment and accessories for compressed gas delivery, beverage production, and fire suppression, among other customer segments.

In additional to working with the All Safe Global management team to grow the business, CRP is also actively seeking add-on acquisitions to help expand the Company’s operating footprint and service capabilities.
