Leading embedded software developer Ardence, Inc., announced today that fourth-quarter sales of RTX, its flagship software product, reached a record high as the company increased its RTX customer base and penetrated new markets.
RTX, which provides unmatched control of Windows embedded operating systems, said significant enhancements to RTX drove the 60% increase over its previous best quarter and spurred greater demand in its key markets – industrial automation, military/aerospace, simulation, test and measurement, robotics, and medical devices. Ardence also saw measurable growth in precision control, telecom, and automotive.
“Most importantly, we listened to our customers and to the market. We worked hard to understand their pain and that enabled us to address key challenges. We hired key people that gave us additional expertise and have built a product that accomplishes our customers’ objectives better than any other,” said Stephen Woodard, Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Ardence.
“Our record 4th quarter sales of RTX is proof that we’ve set the right course, and we’re continuing to dig deeper into our customers’ challenges and are adding more functionality and capability that will add value for customers and strategic partnerships. That’s how we will continue to grow market share and expand our global reach.”
