ePartners, the leading North American Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) consultancy, announced today that it has been named Microsoft’s 2004 Global Partner of the Year. ePartners accepted the award at Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference on July 10 in Toronto, Canada.
Microsoft’s Global Partner of the Year Award is the most prestigious award given to any MBS provider. It honors MBS partners whose commitment to customers is reflected in their business performance, including high levels of sales achievement and superior customer satisfaction. ePartners also won the award in 2001.
“On behalf of our 400 professionals, ePartners is very pleased to be recognized by Microsoft as their global partner for 2004,” stated Dan Duffy, CEO of ePartners. “We started last year with a concentrated focus on Client Service Delivery Excellence (CSDE) and as a result are better equipped today to meet our clients’ needs than at any time in our past. In 2004, we developed a successful Microsoft Axapta practice, maintained our status as the channel’s leading provider of Microsoft CRM solutions and opened our first office in Europe while showing 33 percent growth to Microsoft in year-over-year new license revenue. Microsoft has been tremendously supportive of our efforts and we thank them for this special recognition.”
ePartners is a leading MBS provider and information technology services organization with 29 offices in North America and London. ePartners recently merged with EYT, creating the dominant provider of MBS in North America. ePartners employs over 400 staff, including 220 solution consultants.
Microsoft has placed ePartners among the top reselling partner organizations worldwide for MBS, earning ePartners membership into 2004 Inner Circle, the top MBS recognition program, and the MBS President’s Club, which honors MBS partners whose commitment to customers is reflected in their business performance and customer satisfaction. Inner Circle membership is reserved for very few top MBS partners. It recognizes exemplary accomplishments during the past sales year and commitment to the Microsoft mission of enabling people and businesses throughout the world to realize their full potential.
“Even among so many stellar nominees, ePartners truly distinguished itself as the Global Partner of the Year,” said Allison Watson, vice president, Partner Sales and Marketing Group, Microsoft. “ePartners has all the makings of an outstanding Microsoft partner: a deep understanding of technology, proven expertise in the Microsoft Business Solutions industry, and a passion for building solutions that solve its customers’ business problems in an innovative way. It is truly an honor to recognize ePartners outstanding usage of Microsoft technology.”
