Capital Resource Partners (“CRP”) is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Minnesota-based All Safe Global (ASG), successfully acquired Thunderbird Cylinder of Phoenix, AZ.

All Safe Global is a leading supplier and servicer of compressed gas equipment for welding, industrial, beverage, propane, and life safety applications.

ASG’s acquisition of Thunderbird Cylinder expands ASG’s geographic footprint and provides additional scale to the company’s growing business. The combination will enhance the combined entity’s ability to provide new and current customers with exceptional service, quality products, and fast turn-around times.
